Certain Arrive app good for
Good idea for event planners and hosts, no question. However, the visual appeal of the interface is as important to me as the appearance of the event venue event itself. And I confess, this UI doesnt appeal. Thats subjective though, so if you dont mind the interface, I know of no other tool that will do the same — so it could be great for your purposes!
We have used this app for 2 years at our annual golf tournament. It is simple, yet powerful.
Support has been great and very responsive. They even helped us simplify our registration process!
Some bad moments
You can use only 50 guests to check in and then you need to pay 99$ for more. Thats just robbery...i dont recommend.
After downloading this app, I try to use it but I have to log in with a username and password. Yet theres nowhere to register as a new user. Theres another login link called Custodian, but that didnt work for me either. The demo doesnt help either. So how can I use this app if I cant log in but also cant set up a new account?!
This is a great little app. After getting an acct from their site. I uploaded my excel file that was on my computer and in seconds could pull up the list on all our iPhones and iPads. The lists sync which is nice because we want to prevent party crashers. Other notable features is the text alerts when special guests arrive as well as a way to actually text all my guests inside the event. I called customer service before my event and they were very nice and helpful. Def recommend!

I never write reviews but I had to after talking to this company. They were so helpful. Im not great with technology but the guys at Check in Easy made it so easy for me. They really went above and beyond. Amazing stuff for an internet co. Our company loved going paperless at our event. Definitely recommend.
Sounds great in theory, but the reality is that it doesnt sync they way its suppose to between different devices. Additionally, worst of all in end we none of the data was captured either because the sync didnt work or the process was as intuitive as we were led to believe. They also need to find a way to code check-ins by session.
