Certain Arrive App Reviews

Good idea for event planners and hosts, no question. However, the visual appeal of the interface is as important to me as the appearance of the event venue event itself. And I confess, this UI doesnt appeal. Thats subjective though, so if you dont mind the interface, I know of no other tool that will do the same — so it could be great for your purposes!

You can use only 50 guests to check in and then you need to pay 99$ for more. Thats just robbery...i dont recommend.

After downloading this app, I try to use it but I have to log in with a username and password. Yet theres nowhere to register as a new user. Theres another login link called Custodian, but that didnt work for me either. The demo doesnt help either. So how can I use this app if I cant log in but also cant set up a new account?!

We have used this app for 2 years at our annual golf tournament. It is simple, yet powerful. Support has been great and very responsive. They even helped us simplify our registration process!

This is a great little app. After getting an acct from their site. I uploaded my excel file that was on my computer and in seconds could pull up the list on all our iPhones and iPads. The lists sync which is nice because we want to prevent party crashers. Other notable features is the text alerts when special guests arrive as well as a way to actually text all my guests inside the event. I called customer service before my event and they were very nice and helpful. Def recommend!

I never write reviews but I had to after talking to this company. They were so helpful. Im not great with technology but the guys at Check in Easy made it so easy for me. They really went above and beyond. Amazing stuff for an internet co. Our company loved going paperless at our event. Definitely recommend.

Sounds great in theory, but the reality is that it doesnt sync they way its suppose to between different devices. Additionally, worst of all in end we none of the data was captured either because the sync didnt work or the process was as intuitive as we were led to believe. They also need to find a way to code check-ins by session.

First of all it should at least explain how to use. At the start only asks you for id and password but it doesnt tell you how to make one?$&@ very unfriendly to use. Hey creator I dont have a crystal ball. :)

Love this app. Finally an app that is actually practical for our company. Not having to print a million spreadsheets is great and green too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You need an acct which you can get on their website.

Once i got an acct from their site it was smooth sailing. Easy to use and I love not having a sloppy paper guest list at the door. Recommend

Got an account on their site and I was rolling. Uploaded my excel file and started checking in guests. Awesome app for meeting and event planners.

I have been using this app at my events now for 3 months and it has been unbelievable. No. More. PAPER! The best part for me has been after the event, where my clients LOVE the ability to pop the spreadsheet back into their database immediately. I Check In Easy

Awesome customer service. The guys there helped me get setup in minutes. Ill never use an excel file printout again. Love the feature where I get a text whe one of my VIPs arrive.

Not having to reconcile the paper lists is such a huge time saver. At the end of the event I just logged in to my acct on their site and downloaded the list. Love being able to doing everything digitally. The iPad/iPhone checkin is a much cooler look for our company.

This app rocks. I was set up in two minutes. Just uploaded my excel list and I was checking in guests on 4 iPads. Recommend for sure!
