Disaster of an App

Total DISASTER Nothing worked properly. Once you upload your guest list, that’s it you don’t get a second chance. You can’t delete and re-upload a guest list without losing credits even if you haven’t actually used the app or had the event. Devices were NOT syncing. AT ALL. Each time I updated the guest info from the backend, as soon as someone synced their device, my changes were GONE. The "text your guests" feature NEVER worked, not one single time- and I was showing 500 text credits. We were relying on this feature to get important info to our guests. The pricing for the credits is RIDICULOUS.

This app practically ruined our event. But our guests don’t see that, only that things are working and ultimately they blame the host. If you want your guests to come back next time, DON’T USE THIS APP.
